Problem Statement

Marketing teams struggled to create omni-channel campaigns efficiently. Existing tools were complex, lacked clear segmentation options, and did not provide a simple step-by-step flow for setting up campaigns.

Discovery & Research
  • I facilitated one to one meeting with marketing team members to understand pain points

  • Analyzed competitor like HubSpot & MoEngage

Key findings:
users wanted a guided flow for new campaign, segment management, and easy scheduling options

Define

Defined a 3-step guided flow – WHO → WHAT → WHEN – to make campaign creation structured and intuitive.
Key goals:

  • Simplify campaign setup

  • Provide real-time vs. scheduled options

  • Make segmentation easy with Add/Exclude Segment

Ideate & Design Approach

The ideation phase involved collaborative workshops with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions for each identified problem. I facilitated design thinking sessions where we explored different approaches to deal creation, resource loading, and approval workflows.
